Relationships are hard work. Even when things are going well, it can still feel difficult to make things work with your life partners. Then there are the inevitable bumps that come along.

In relationship counselling, the counsellor is the neutral observer whose job it is to help you put things in perspective in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Once you have developed a clearer picture of what is going on, it can be a lot easier to start working towards changes in your relationship to work together and to heal together.
Topics discussed in counselling include Communications, Emotional Intimacy, Trust, Betrayal, and Parenting.
Clinician’s Note: Adult relationships are much more than the traditional man – woman pairing. LGBTQ families encompass a wide range of relationships that we work with under the broad rubric of “couples therapy”.
